Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Additionally, you’ll need to provide the invoice / receipt / proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at AMOTRIO official website. Our online customer service is available on the homepage of our official website. You can also reach us by phone or email, and we will respond within 2 business days. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. (The business hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Mon. - Fri. PST)
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We promise that if your product is damaged (including leakage, melted chocolate, box deformation, fewer pieces, etc.), we offer a damage refund service.
Please note that all vouchers must be presented without alterations, additions, deletions, or any editing traces to be considered valid.
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not be liable for any delays or failures to perform services due to uncontrollable factors. "Uncontrollable factors" refer to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to transportation system disruptions, postal policy changes, natural disasters like earthquakes, heavy rain, snow, fire, and similar events.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items discounted by over 40% or on gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the current item. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a swift and seamless transaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you of its approval status. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
